Your appointments are very important to


We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, you please provide us notice within 48 hours.

Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees: 

- Less than 48-hour notice or late cancellation will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s) or deposit will be forfeited 

- NO SHOWS will be charged 50% of service or amount of deposit will be forfeited 

(All fees will be charged on the credit card on file or deposit will be forfeited)

Late Courtesy

LASH & LUXE regrets that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. Please call if you are running behind. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened when possible in order to keep on schedule. Clients who are late and still able to be accommodated will still be required to pay for full service, even if time is shortened.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled to a different day and time and the deposit will be forfeited or late cancellation will be applied.

Coming From Another Salon

All fills coming from another salon requires a consultation at least 48 hours before appointment to determine if your artist can work on top of your current lashes. 

If you are coming from another salon, a FILL PLUS+ must be booked. Other salons may not use the same quality of product or application as we do and the extra time is required to ensure a perfect application. 

If your artist concludes that the current lashes you have on are not up to our standards and cannot work over them or that they are damaging to your lashes, please be aware 


*If a removal is performed, we cannot apply lash extensions for another 24 hours.


Starting October 1, 2019, we can no longer accept tips on credit cards. Gratuity is always left to your discretion and is greatly appreciated. We can receive tips via cash or Venmo. .


A credit card on file is required to fully confirm new clients and full set appointments. 

If a credit card is not taken at the time of booking a non-refundable deposit is required through the VENMO APP. The deposit will be credited towards your service the day of. 

The deposit fees are as followed: 

New Clients: 50% of Service

Fix It Appointments

Aftercare is very important for the retention of lash extensions. Please contact LASH & LUXE within 48 hours for any issues with your lash set. Photos must be sent documenting your lash issue. 

LASH & LUXE does not offer refunds, but will do everything possible to fix any issues within that time frame.
